The rate of food allergies worldwide has increased from around 3% of the population in 1960 to around 7% in 2018.
A significant number of food allergic reactions occur in restaurants or other food service establishments.
In one survey, 34% of the 294 respondents had experienced at least one food allergic reaction
Through a Questionnaire has been asked personas to answer some questions about their dietary habits or whether they have food allergic reactions.
